Terms of Service

The Application is proprietary software provided for the internal business use of NYS Supply. Access is limited to the owner and authorized employees who have been issued credentials. You may not share your login or allow unauthorized persons to access the Application.

You agree to use the Application only for legitimate NYS Supply business purposes and in compliance with applicable laws. You agree not to attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Application or its data.

If you connect the Application to QuickBooks Online, you authorize it to access your QuickBooks data on a read-onlybasis through Intuit’s authorized API. The Application does not modify your QuickBooks records. Your use of QuickBooks Online remains subject to Intuit’s own terms and privacy policy.

All rights, title, and interest in the Application belong to NYS Supply. No license or ownership is transferred to users except the limited right to use the Application for NYS Supply business.

The Application is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, NYS Supply will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the Application.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Application after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
